AI UGC ads are the short, phone-shot-looking videos you scroll past on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook — a person holding your product, talking about it like a friend would. We write them, produce them with AI creators, and run them as paid ads on Meta and TikTok. No film crew, no studio day, no waiting three weeks for one video.
What a UGC ad actually is
UGC stands for user generated content. In advertising it means a video that looks like a real customer filmed it on their phone, not like a brand made it. No polished lighting, no voiceover actor, no logo animation. Just a person, your product, and a reason to care.
It works because of where people see it. On Instagram Reels and TikTok, your ad sits between videos made by friends and creators. A glossy commercial announces itself as an advert in the first half second, and the thumb moves. A person talking to camera does not. That single difference is why UGC consistently outperforms studio video in the feed.
The “AI” part is how the video gets made, not what it says. Instead of hiring a creator, shipping them product, and waiting for delivery, we generate a realistic presenter from a script we wrote for your offer. The words, the angle, the hook and the offer are all written by a human who understands your customer. The AI handles the filming.
Why brands are moving to AI UGC
Speed
A traditional UGC shoot means finding a creator, agreeing terms, posting your product and waiting for delivery. That is two to four weeks before you have a single video to test. AI UGC turns that into days.
Volume
Paid advertising is a numbers game. You do not find your winning ad on the first try, you find it on the ninth. Producing ten variations of a hook is only realistic when you are not paying for ten shoots.
Testing
Same product, five different opening lines, five different audiences. Within a week the data tells you which message people respond to — and that answer is useful far beyond the ad account.
Reach
Different presenters for different markets. If you sell in the United States and the Gulf, you do not have to pick one face and hope it travels.
Being straight with you about the limits
We would rather you knew this before you paid us than after.
- An AI presenter is not a real customer, and we never pretend it is. We do not script an AI person saying “I bought this and it changed my life.” That is a fabricated testimonial, it breaks Meta and TikTok advertising policy, and it is dishonest. Our AI UGC ads demonstrate, explain and show the product — they do not fake a personal review.
- Platform rules are tightening. Meta and TikTok are both rolling out AI content labelling. We build ads that stay inside those rules and we disclose where disclosure is required. An agency that ignores this is building you a problem for six months’ time.
- It will not save a weak offer. If the price is wrong or the product does not solve a real problem, better video just means more people find out faster. We will tell you if we think that is what we are looking at.
- Some products still want a real person. Anything about taste, fit, texture or physical reaction is often better with a genuine creator. We will say so, and we can produce that route too.
What you get
Offer and angle research
Before anything is written we look at what you sell, who buys it, what your competitors are running, and which objection is stopping the sale. The ad is built to answer that objection.
Scripts written for the scroll
Each video is built around a hook that has to earn the first two seconds, a middle that shows rather than claims, and a close that gives one clear instruction.
Finished video ads
Delivered in vertical 9:16 and square 1:1, captioned, sized correctly for Reels, Stories, TikTok and Feed. Captions matter — most people watch with the sound off.
Hook variations
The same ad with different opening lines, because the hook is usually what decides whether an ad works, not the rest of the video.
Campaign setup and management
We build the campaign, the audiences and the tracking, then run it — checking daily, not monthly. See how we manage Meta ads.
Reporting you can read
What we spent, what came back, which ad did it, and what we are changing next. In plain English, not a dashboard screenshot.
How we work
- We talk. What you sell, who buys it, what you have tried, what a good month looks like. Free, and no obligation.
- Audit and angles. We look at your current ads and your competitors’, then come back with the angles we think will work and why.
- Scripts for your approval. You see every script before a frame is produced. Nothing is a surprise.
- Production. Videos produced, captioned and formatted for each placement.
- Launch. Campaign built in your own ad account, tracking checked, small budget first.
- Test and cut. We let the data decide. Losing ads get switched off quickly; winning ones get more budget and more variations.
- Report and repeat. You get the numbers and the plan for the next round.
Who this is for
Ecommerce and Shopify brands
The clearest fit. You have a product people can see, a checkout that measures results, and a need for new creative constantly because audiences go blind to the same ad.
Restaurants and food brands
Food sells on appetite, not on awareness. We have run exactly this for a restaurant in Riyadh that had no website — orders went straight to WhatsApp.
Clinics and local services
Dental, aesthetics, health. A short video explaining a treatment removes more hesitation than any static image. We currently run a dental clinic account end to end.
Coaches and consultants
You are selling expertise, which is invisible. Short video is the fastest way to make it visible to someone who has never heard of you.

What it costs
We do not publish a price list, because a five-video test for a new Shopify brand and a full monthly creative programme for a clinic are not the same job and should not carry the same number. Quoting a headline price would only mean quoting the wrong one.
Here is exactly how it works instead:
- You tell us your budget and what you want to achieve. We tell you honestly whether that budget can do it.
- You get a written proposal with the scope, the deliverables, the timeline and the price before anything starts.
- Our fee and your ad budget are separate. What you pay us is for making and managing the ads. What you spend with Meta or TikTok goes to the platform, from your own account, where you can see every charge. We never mark it up.
- Payment is 50% to start and 50% on completion, with an invoice for both. The full terms are in our Payment and Refund Policy.
- No long contract. Monthly work needs 30 days’ notice, that is all.
Questions people ask before starting
How quickly can we have ads running?
Usually within a week of approving the scripts. The slowest part is almost always waiting for account access and product information from your side, so the faster you send those, the faster we launch.
Will people be able to tell it is AI?
Some will, and that is fine. Viewers care whether a video is interesting and honest far more than how it was filmed. What damages trust is a fake personal testimonial, which is exactly what we refuse to write. We follow Meta and TikTok’s AI labelling rules.
How many videos do we need to start?
Enough to test properly. One video tells you almost nothing. A small batch with different hooks tells you which message your customer responds to, and that is the point of the first round.
Do we need a website?
No. It helps, but we have run campaigns that sent orders straight to WhatsApp for a client with no website at all. We can also build you one — see our website development.
Who owns the videos?
You do, once you have paid in full. Copyright transfers to you on final payment, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Can you guarantee a number of sales?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. We guarantee the work — professional scripts, produced on time, campaigns managed with real attention. Results depend on your offer, your pricing, how fast you reply to enquiries and what your competitors are doing, and none of those are in our control.
Do you need our passwords?
No. We use Meta Business Manager and TikTok’s own access invitations, so you keep ownership and can remove our access at any time. Please never send passwords in plain text.
We are not in Pakistan — does that matter?
Not at all. We work remotely with clients in Saudi Arabia, the United States and beyond, and we set meetings in your working hours.
Want to see what this would look like for your product?
Tell us what you sell and who you want to reach. We will come back with the angles we would test and a straight answer on whether AI UGC is the right route for you — or whether something else would serve you better.
