The Challenge
A new restaurant has a hard start. Nobody knows the name yet, there are no reviews, and many owners think they need an expensive website before they can advertise. This restaurant had nothing in place online, and it needed customers quickly.
The Goal
Get real orders. The owner did not need people to "know the brand" first. They needed hungry people nearby to order food.
What We Did
- Food content first. We created content for the restaurant's social accounts so every post and every ad had something appetizing to show.
- A plan built on hunger, not awareness. Instead of a brand awareness campaign, we planned the marketing around one question: is this person hungry, and are they close enough to order?
- Meta ads aimed at people nearby. We ran Facebook and Instagram ads for people in the local area, set up to bring in orders.
- WhatsApp as the order button. There was no website, so every ad sent people to WhatsApp. A customer could see the food, tap once and order.
- Engagement campaigns. Alongside the ads we ran engagement campaigns to grow the restaurant's following and keep people coming back.
