Content creation is making the posts, carousels, stories and graphics your business puts out every week. The easy version of this job is filling a calendar. The useful version is making things that move somebody one step closer to buying. Most businesses do not need more posts. They need posts that answer a real question, show the work, or make the product look worth having. That is the difference we care about.
What we actually make
Single posts and graphics
Branded visuals for offers, announcements, tips and proof of work. Designed in your colours and fonts so your grid looks like one brand rather than twelve moods.
Carousels
The best format for teaching something. People swipe, which the platforms reward, and you get to explain properly instead of cramming it into one image.
Stories
The daily, low effort layer. Behind the scenes, polls, questions, reminders. This is where trust gets built quietly.
Short video
Filmed or edited from your footage. Covered properly in reels and shorts editing.
How many posts do you actually need?
Fewer than most agencies sell you. Three to four strong posts a week plus stories will do more for a small business than daily posting of filler, because filler teaches your audience to scroll past your name.
Consistency matters more than volume. An account that posts three times every week for six months beats an account that posts fifteen times in January and nothing in February. The platforms notice, and so do the people checking whether you are still in business.
Content that sells versus content that just exists
Quote graphics, national day greetings and motivational lines are easy to make and do almost nothing. They get a few polite likes from people who were never going to buy.
What works is narrower and more useful. Show the actual work. Answer the question customers ask on the phone. Explain what something costs and why. Show the before and the after. Address the reason people hesitate. This kind of post is harder to write, which is exactly why it stands out.
None of it works without a plan behind it, which is content strategy.
Who this is for
Any business whose customers check social media before deciding. Clinics, restaurants, salons, shops, trades, coaches, agencies. If somebody is going to look at your profile before they call you, what they find there is doing sales work whether you planned it or not.
Common questions
Do I have to send you photos?
It helps enormously, and phone photos are fine. Real pictures of your work, your team and your place outperform stock images every time. Where you have nothing, we design graphics instead.
Who approves the posts?
You do, before anything goes out. We send the batch, you comment or approve, then we schedule. See scheduling and posting.
Will the posts match my brand?
Yes. We work from your colours, fonts and logo. If you do not have those settled we can build them first as part of graphic design.
Can you write the captions too?
Yes, captions are included. There is more detail in caption writing.
What we need from you
The single biggest difference between an account that works and one that plods along is whether we get real material from you. Not professional photography. Phone pictures of the actual work, the actual place, the actual team.
A dentist sending three photos a week of the clinic and the results will beat any amount of stock imagery. A restaurant sending clips of the kitchen at service will beat the tidiest designed graphic. People can tell the difference instantly, even if they could not explain how.
So we set up something simple: a shared folder or a WhatsApp group where you drop pictures whenever you remember. No captions, no thought required. We handle the rest.
How the month runs
We plan the month ahead based on your content strategy, design and write the batch, send it to you for approval in one go, then queue it through scheduling and posting. You review once rather than being pestered daily.
At the end of the month you get a short note: what got the most reach, what got the most messages, and what we are changing next month because of it. If a format is not working we stop doing it rather than keeping it in the plan because it was in the plan.
