Your hours, not ours

We set calls and deadlines in your time zone and keep US Eastern and Central hours. Because our day starts before yours, work usually lands finished before your morning rather than at the end of it.

Quoted and invoiced in US dollars

US clients are quoted and invoiced in USD, so there is no currency guesswork at your end. Ad spend goes to Meta or Google directly from your own account and stays separate from our fee. We never hold your ad budget.

A written scope before anything starts

Every project has a written contract: what we are doing, what you get, and what it costs. Payment is 50% before we start and 50% on completion. There is no long lock-in, because we would rather keep your work by it working.

One person, not an account chain

WhatsApp for day to day, email for anything that needs a record, and a video call when something genuinely needs talking through. You speak to the person doing the work, not an account manager who has to go and ask somebody else.

Access, not passwords

Every platform lets you add an agency as a user without handing over your login. You keep ownership of the ad account, the pages and the data, and you can remove us in two clicks if you ever want to.
